Fatherless Day Fact: Government-Fostered Fatherlessness Destroys Family and Freedom

A father, by nature, is a self-sufficient character, the lynchpin upon which rests the individual freedoms of family and a nation. To subvert him is not only to destroy his position in the family but to destroy the natural family and its existence as an independent economic unit. His destruction virtually guarantees a socialistic state, and one based on feminist jurisprudence - women-privileged law that denies 'constitutional due process' for men.

 

Present government and family court policies foster fatherslessness by denying a father his fundamental rights - including the right to directly parent his children. One fundamental right completely ignored by family courts is the 'constitutional due process' required to deny a fundamental right.

 

Courts hide behind the misused 'best interest of the child' fraud to deny fit fathers their children because that's where the 'money' and power is - i.e. child support, government incentives, feminist-based policies. The ‘best interest determination’ resides in a ‘fit’ parent when a fit parent is present – not in the government.

 

Society has always demanded a father’s moral obligation to his family and for him to be self-sufficient both of which simply enforced his natural inclinations. Yet, it was HIS family with all the rights to his children, his earnings and his property that society preserved for him - as freedom demands.

 

But present family court policies unconstitutionally divorce him from his rights and children yet demand his financial responsibility to pay the mother for whatever she and the court wants. They demand his slavery. And that’s wrong.

 

America for more than a century supported a patriarchy-based family, the father as legal head. He would have automatic custody of the children under divorce. Divorce was virtually unheard of and our nation grew enormously in wealth.

 

Patriarchy supported the growth of civilization and promotes an integral and complementary relationship between the sexes for the growth and betterment of all individuals in the family. It promotes family identity -so influential in generating moral and economic incentives. Patriarchy promotes integration of sexes in society as well as in the family unit.

 

The wealth the father creates for his family contributes directly to the wealth of the nation as a whole, and preserves the family from economic dependence on the government. The father’s natural independence against government benefits and control preserves individual freedoms. His position as head and leader of the family fostered civilization and has been recognized by and supported by society until these last 40 years when Feministic propaganda and jurisprudence took hold of our institutions.

 

Women-headed households by nature and by government incentive strongly exclude fathers and live off the state or the state-enforced extortion of fathers. It perverts and destroys the natural family -as is becoming clear. In a matriarchy-based society, the state becomes the husband and the state will ultimately rule. Individual freedom with its associated responsibilities deteriorates and animosity builds between the sexes - as is occurring.

 

Forcing a father to support the very feminist and matriarchic tyranny that has stolen his children and his rights is outrageous. The contrived criminalization of him and the destruction of his position in his family is to divorce him from his family and destroy the only natural and independent building block of society. A socialistic matriarchy has replaced him - divorced him from his family and seeks to harvest him for its support. Our growing socialist state -a welfare state-with fathers as slaves is present tyranny we now face.

 

The present denial of a father’s rights to his children and most other of his right to life, liberty and property is maintained ‘hidden’ under a deafening media silence. The denial of his rights is justified under the proliferation of anti-man/anti-father propaganda that vilifies him and exhorts the people to further persecute fathers with more unconstitutional restrictions on him.

 

How did fathers and men get to be so bad - and bad for society? That’s feminist propaganda promoted by feminist science for the plunder that it brings to them at the expense of father, and children.

 

Recognition of the importance of a man’s possessions -including his family is at the foundation of our independence from the state. The English saying, “a man’s house is his castle; even though the winds of heaven may blow through it, the King of England cannot enter it” heralds the idea of individual rights coupled with limiting a naturally intrusive inclination of government which will destroy the fundamental unit of society.

 

Economic independence of family - the storehouse of society’s wealth - is the greatest bulwark against tyrannical government growth. Capitalism - i.e. economic freedom for individuals- supports and fosters individual legal freedoms. Where individual economic freedoms are suppressed, individual legal freedoms will be undermined -as divorced fathers now experience. The father must be the legal head of the family so the family, as the natural unit of society, can remain inviolable by the state and thereby maintain everyone’s individual freedom.

 

The state through welfare (call it motherfare) and with its present feminist jurisprudence grows its agencies ever greater and more controlling. But to do so it must invade the family and destroy the father and his rights. The state must supplant the father to destroy the unit of society and replace him with itself. That's what government gravitates to.

 

Today the state can take away a man’s home, his property, and his children by simply a woman’s unchallenged word of ‘fear’ to a judge or simply complaining for divorce, and then the judge enslaves him. No wrong or no unfitness ever needs to be proved. Those are the facts, but don’t expect to be informed by those who profit by a father’s enslavement nor those who foster it. They, who do so, are part of a massive divorce and domestic violence industry - an extension of government. They are vested in a father’s enslavement and his harvesting.

 

A father-based family can exist with equality of the sexes, but in the family only one can legally be the head. That must be the father since to choose otherwise destroys the family, wealth, the man and his legacy -as is happening now.

 

If a divorce or paternity suit occurs, each parent must be left independent of each other, supporting himself or herself - as any other single citizen is obliged to do. Yet each should be guaranteed equal parenting time of their children and each directly supporting their children - unless they - and only they - decide differently.
